Private Lessons
1-on-1 Attention
This is arranged at a mutually agreed upon date, time and location. These can be done at all 3 of our locations; San Francisco, Alameda and Vallejo.
100% geared to what you need to work on. Private lessons rates are $250 for 1.5 hours or $300 for 2 hours.
During your private lesson, you will be given the opportunity of working on hill starts and stops if taken at our San Francisco location.
Private lessons can be done on your own bike or ours.
Extra Ride Time
This class is a great way to keep your skills current. ERTs are 1 hour with a ratio of no more than 6 students with 1 instructor. We don’t focus on coaching but more so on practice and gaining confidence. Anyone having attempted Range 1 through completion is eligible. Come back as often as you like. Sometimes we offer 2 on the same day. Sign up for both if you’re ready for a longer riding session. Let us know what you want to work on or need help with. That’s what Extra Ride Time is all about.
Have your own bike? Bring it! You’re welcome to use one of our bikes or your own. Not seeing one near you, contact the office and we’ll put you on a waiting list.
Fee: 2 hrs for $100
Advanced Rider Training
Total Control® Advanced Riding Clinic
Whether you want to become a more proficient and safer rider on the street—or a faster rider on the track—mastering advanced riding techniques is crucial and should not be postponed until it is too late. Unfortunately, most advanced riding courses in the country are only offered in high-speed racetrack environments. The fear of crashing at high speeds and the pressure of other riders flying by are too intimidating to most motorcyclists so they never take this important step forward.
Intermediate Training
The Perfect Next Step for Newer and Returning Riders
Developed by Total Control Training, the Intermediate Riding Clinic / CMSP 1-Day Premier Course is the perfect next step for newer riders who are looking to improve their skills as well as riders that have recently returned to riding after years off. This course includes both classroom and on-cycle instruction.
The IRC/1DPC is based on the most current research in rider safety, utilizes modern training methods and has been proven to enhance student outcomes. Although designed primarily as a safety course, the course is also challenging and fun and it is completed in one 8-hour day.

We are part of the California Motorcyclist Safety Program and we are certified to teach the CMSP Motorcyclist Training Course (MTC). The MTC is mandatory for those under the age of 21, but is also recommended to those 21 and older who are seeking to obtain a motorcycle endorsement on their California driver license.
