Since our office is run by only a few people and much of what we do is remote, we do not have regular hours and are NOT open to the public, so pick up is available only by appointment.

Appointments for pick up are available between the hours of 7pm to 9 pm Wednesday and Thursday evening and 2-4pm Friday.  We are NOT available for the whole timeframe- if you do not respond to this message to confirm a specific time that you will arrive, there may be no one available to meet you.

If the above days/times do not work for you, please let us know what does, and we will see if we are able to make it work or not.

We are not allowed to give the certificate out without verifying your ID.  It MUST be the one you brought to your class, and the certificate may only be picked up by the student that took the class, even if they did not pay for it or are a minor.

We will also need to collect a new waiver.  If you are a minor, your parent/guardian must come with you so we may get a new waiver signed by them.

Our office is located inside of Moto Guild at 849 13th Street 94130 on Treasure Island.  Due to construction, the best way to find us is to use GPS.  Unless you are calling for directions, do NOT contact Moto Guild; we only share space with them and they cannot help with the certificate.

Please ring the door bell at the FRONT door!:

Do NOT go to the side/back entrance, since motorcycles enter and exit from that door.  Since we may be helping another student, please wait inside near the FRONT DOOR instead of looking for us at the other door.
